The Paradise Garden Buffet overlooks the stunning flora and fauna of the Flamingo Hotel’s lush outdoor habitat. A natural, warm glow streams through the grand, ceiling-high windows. During brunch the dining area is awash with a welcoming, comfortable and tranquil ambiance. Guests enjoy gazing upon Chilean flamingos, waterfalls and foliage while dining on classic American, Asian and Southern influenced cuisine.
The brunch buffet is available daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Menu options include made-to-order omelets, chicken-fried steak, French toast, Eggs Benedict, waffles and pancakes. Made-to-order breakfast sandwiches are also available.
The Summer BBQ Dinner buffet is only offered Friday and Saturday nights from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Southern influenced fare includes smoked brisket, roasted salmon, a seafood boil and the always popular all-you-can-eat crab legs and shrimp.
Guests enjoy a selection of chocolate mousse, house made pies, cookies and cakes from the dessert bar and made-to-order crepes.
